You’re probably wondering if your marriage, and therefore your life, can get any better.

Research suggests that marriages impacted by ADHD are twice as likely to end in divorce than marriages without ADHD.

An ADHD marriage in distress needs the understanding of relationship psychodynamics along with unique strategies to address the impact of ADHD symptoms.

I’ve designed my signature coaching program to guide you to do what YOU can do to handle the impact of ADHD symptoms on your marriage and your life.

It is an opportunity to grow as an individual and see what’s possible in your marriage.

1:1 Coaching Services

  • If your current strategies are not working, you need a new roadmap. Here is what we will do in 6 weekly sessions:

    1. Sort it all out: We will put everything on the table to determine how ADHD is impacting your relationship and what you are feeling and thinking about it. You will begin to establish a positive climate in your marriage to create an environment for change. I will share two essential beliefs to guide your work.

    2. Uncover unhelpful behavior patterns: We all have automatic strategies we use to manage anxiety and protect ourselves from being hurt in relationships. You also have predictable responses to your husband’s ADHD symptoms. But these strategies and responses can keep us stuck. The way out is to become conscious of such patterns.

    3. Handle the difficult (but normal) feelings: You’re likely feeling frustrated, angry, resentful and overwhelmed. We will practice tools to handle the difficult feelings and determine what actions are needed.

    4. Establish healthy expectations: We will explore the lies that our culture teaches us about marriage, what is healthy to accept and expect, and how to extend yourself rather than sacrifice yourself in your marriage.

    5. Break the parent-child dynamic: The presence of ADHD symptoms in your husband combined with your pleasing and kindness has probably led you to over function. Let’s determine who is responsible for what and how you can avoid being a victim of your husband’s choices.

    6. Lead your life: The only way to heal a relationship isto take full responsibility for your own individual life. This is the greatest gift you can give your husband (and your kids). Let’s talk about how you can take exquisite care of yourself and enjoy your life.

Investment: $1200 for 6 weekly 50-minute Zoom sessions. includes pre-work questionnaire and e-mail support between sessions.

  • Not ready to jump into the full program? Here is a bite size package for you.

    We will do this through:

    • Pre-work questionnaire

    • One 50-minute Zoom session with homework

    • A written action plan sent after our session

    • One 30-minute follow-up Zoom session 7-10 days later

    Investment: $197 (It’s a no-brainer)

My coaching is not for you if you do not believe that your husband is essentially a good person with good intentions.

My program is self-confronting; it is not a quick fix. However, it will leave you with tools (attitudes, behaviors, disciplines) that will change your life for the better no matter what your husband does or does not do. And although you are frustrated with your husband’s ADHD symptoms (and I get it), we will do this in a way that is respectful to both of you.
