I have been a school psychologist for over 20 years. I earned my License as an Educational Psychologist in California in 2006 and became a Certified Life Coach (with Martha Beck, Inc.) in 2009.

Prior to all of that, I earned my B.A. in Psychology from UC San Diego and M.A. in Counseling and M.A. in Educational Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, where I taught as a professor for over 10 years.

I live in the Los Angeles area with my husband and three daughters (although two are away at college), two cats and a Goldador puppy named Ted.

I combine my professional knowledge of ADHD with my personal experience and deep interest in ADHD’s impact on relationships. It’s a marriage made in Heaven. :)
